Triptych is an exploration of familiar stories, seen through a work of prose that asks the familiar characters to examine themselves and the history they will inevitably affect. Pulling from the story of Adam and Eve, the prose is used to present them as flawed, dangerous individuals on the precipice of history. The piece is divided into 3 parts, with each part utilizing its own form of storytelling via new choreography, scoring, and visuals. Part 1 is from the perspective of the Devil; Part 2 is told from Adam’s viewpoint; Part 3 is a recount of the story Eve. Triptych takes familiar stereotypes and brings them into the current, taking them from characters in a story and turning them into flesh and blood
